Tipping.

When you go to a restaurant, what do you expect? Good service and good food. What do the waiters expect? A good tip. With so many people in economic trouble right now, I can understand that it may be a little tough to go out and tip well also, but that is how we make our money. With all the times that I get those $100 checks and $94 orders, I should be making atleast about $20. Nope. People think that it is okay to leave you a 5 dollar tip on 94 dollars or something of that nature. No it is not. It is not okay. That is the money that we come to work to get and if there is something that I am doing wrong then you need to tell me to help create a better dinning atmosphere instead of me finding out at the end. Sadly, we do not have a set hourley pay so when it is really not that busy, it is nearly close to impossible for us to make money. And to top it all off, you don't tip. Now believe me. Im not saying people don't tip well, some people do, but there is a hefty majority that doesn't.

While working in a restaurant, I can see so many people come in and out of that building a day. And then you have THOSE people. What makes me even more annoyed is when people say "Oh, don't worry. You are doing a great job!" and then you see a whole 3 dollars on the table on a 56 dollar check. GREAT JOB.

To end this without wanting to punch the computer, I'm going to stop my ranting now.

I hate when people don't tip. What I wish you were to have done was outline what's proper and what's not. 15% is always welcome. Anything less is disrespect.
